- Does the service use a customized security checklist at each visit to ensure the safety of your loved one? All employees follow a security checklist on each visit, giving you peace of mind that your loved one is safe.
- Do you have to sign a binding contract? We know you’ll be happy with our service, but if for any reason you can cancel at any time.
- Do they have a total care plan that addresses both Physical and Mental Health of your loved one? With Brighter Days, we encourage them with Mental & Physical programs to keep them engaged in everyday life.
- Do they complete light housekeeping tasks each visit, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment? With Brighter Days, we believe that our client's environment affects the way they feel about themselves. Because of this, we have a Home/Apt. Maintenance System that ensures a safe and hygienic living environment.
