What we really like about Donna is that she constantly checks in with us, makes sure things are going well, makes suggestions, etc. It is the best possible care for our mother and it is very personalized. We feel like we could call Brighter Days at any time if we had questions, which is what distinguishes this agency from the other three we have dealt with.
